What About My Photo?

What's consider a good image?
  • Upload clear photos – the higher the resolution the better the socks will look. We allow an upload of up to 64mb, so take advantage and send us some great pictures of your furbaby!
  • We prefer happy or silly shots of your pet or significant other.  This makes a really great pair of socks. For pets, try to include the full face. Yes, ears included please! 🙂

TIPS: The rule of thumb for printing good socks is a high quality image. The better the image, the better the print will be. We also recommend our customers to try and avoid dark backgrounds, incomplete faces, bad lighting or blurry shots.

How come my photo uploaded sideways? Can you guys rotate it for me?

Don’t panic! We have a full team of designers that will ensure your socks come out right. We will rotate the image for you and if we need a better picture, we’ll reach out to you before the socks are made.

I have more than 1 pet, can you print more than 1 pet on the socks?

Absolutely! Simply click on the option with more than one pet on the product page; however, we’ll need both faces on the same photo to do so. Please upload a photo with two full faces without any obstruction or cut off. 

Do I have to crop my own photo?

No, just upload photos with good lighting, high resolution and with full face inside the frame of the image. Our designers will do the rest!

If your pet or love ones is wearing accessories or outfit, Just let our design team know if you would like it included (or excluded) in the order notes.

Can I see a mock up before production?

To ensure the quickest production and delivery time, we are not able to send a preview before production.

We completely stand by the quality of the product and design, so if for some reason you don’t absolutely love your socks please let us know! We are always happy to make it perfect for you 🙂

If your pet is wearing an accessory or outfit, please let our design team know if you would like it included (or excluded) in the order notes at checkout. We read every customer note and will be sure to accommodate the request!

How do I change my photo?

If you would like to change the photo after your order is submitted. Please send us an email within 12 hrs, otherwise, once the socks are produced, we will not able to change the image.

Can you print other things?

Yes, we can print anything your heart desires! Any pet goes, there are no limits to what we can print on the socks. If you have special requests, go ahead and message us or try our face socks here.

Order & Shipping Details

How long does it take to make the socks?
  • Typically we can design, print and ship the socks on the next BUSINESS day (weekends not included.) from the time your order was placed. (EXCEPTION: during peak Season it may take up to 3 – 5 days). *COVID19 Shipping times might delay during holiday season since we’re shipping carriers are overload with shipments this year, so please place your orders early to avoid any delay!!
  • If you select the “Rush Order” option, we can get the socks to you in 4 BUSINESS days (weekends not included.) or less depending on your location in USA. (DOMESTIC ONLY).
  • If you qualify for “Free Shipping” the socks will take 5 business days to arrive (DOMESTIC ONLY).
  • International shipping will take 2 weeks mimimum for customs clearance and local delivery.
  • Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. We will not resend the socks free of charge. Double check your shipping address in your order confirmation email. If you spot an error please contact us right away to avoid any delays.
  • Tracking information will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.
  • Verify your email before placing your order otherwise, you will not receive order status.
I need it fast! What are your shipping options?

If you need your order fast, we do offer rush order processing option at checkout. Simply select the option and skip the line. We’ll get the socks to you in 3 business days! 

I need to ship outside of US. What are my options?

We ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Iceland & New Zealand.

I did not receive order confirmation email?

If you did not recieve your order confirmation email, please check your spam inbox of the email address your provided us.

When will I receive my tracking number?

A tracking number will be sent to you once the shipping label is created. If you do not see the email, please check the spam folder of the email address your provided us. (During peak season, it might take up to 72 hours to see status update).

Can I cancel my order?

If you are looking to cancel your order, please contact us right away. You have roughly 12 hours before we start production.

Need to change my address?

Please ensure to provide the correct shipping address, turn off your auto-fill and double check your shipping address before placing the order. 

If you happen to made a mistake in your order, please email us right away before production begins. You have roughly 12 hours before your socks are made.

Socks Details

How Do I Wash The Socks?

Our socks are made with premium threads and ink.  However, we recommend machine washing with cold water. Don’t wash your socks with bleach, it will damage the graphics.

Will the ink fade over time?

We only use premium organic ink on our products, the treatment we use on our products will not fade over time.

What are the socks made of?

Our socks are are woven from a blend of premium cotton and polyester yarns.The perfect balance between performance and style.
